Total Techs has been serving the Magic Valley for over 9 years. In that time we’ve completed hundreds of installations across IT, security cameras, access control, network cabling, business phones, and more.
QWhat size businesses do you work with?
Most of our clients fall between 10 and 250 employees. Smaller businesses (under 10) typically don’t need the full managed IT model — they’re better served by hourly support. Larger businesses (250+) usually have internal IT and benefit from our co-managed services or specialized project work.
QDo you serve businesses outside Twin Falls?
Yes. We serve all of the Magic Valley — Jerome, Burley, Rupert, Gooding, Buhl, Filer, Kimberly, Hansen, Wendell, and surrounding communities. We make regular trips throughout the region and don’t surcharge for travel within our standard service area.
