Audio-Visual Systems That Just Work

Every business has had this moment: a client meeting is starting, the laptop won’t connect to the TV, nobody knows why the microphone isn’t working, and people are frantically passing HDMI adapters around the room. Five minutes of awkward fumbling, and the meeting starts late.

Good commercial AV eliminates that moment. The display turns on with one button. Laptops connect wirelessly. Microphones work the first time. Speakers are sized and placed properly so people don’t strain to hear. The room looks professional — no dangling cables, no adapter chaos, no mystery boxes blinking in the corner.

We design and install commercial AV for conference rooms, training rooms, lobbies, classrooms, multipurpose facilities, and digital signage. From simple single-display rooms to multi-screen video walls, distributed audio, and integrated control systems. One vendor for design, installation, and ongoing support.

What You Get

Conference Room Displays

Properly sized 4K commercial displays mounted at the right height and angle. HDMI input switching, wireless presentation, and the right resolution for the room size.

Video Walls & Digital Signage

From single-display digital menus to multi-screen video walls in lobbies. Content management software so you can update what displays without calling us every time.

Distributed Audio

In-ceiling speakers throughout your facility for background music, paging, and conferencing audio. Zone-based control — different music or paging in different areas.

Video Conferencing

Integrated Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or Google Meet setups. Cameras, microphones, speakers, and one-touch start. So meetings actually begin on time.

Control Systems

Touch panels or wall controls that operate the entire room — display on, lights dim, projector down — with a single button press. Crestron, Extron, or simpler systems.

Wireless Presentation

Plug-in dongles for laptops, ClickShare/AirMedia-style instant sharing, or AirPlay/Miracast for native phone/tablet mirroring. No more passing the cable.

Real Installations

Done Right, Hidden Cabling, Clean Finish

Commercial AV done poorly is obvious: visible cabling, dangling adapters, mismatched displays, speakers that don’t blend with the architecture. We take pride in installations that look professionally finished — cabling in conduit or in the wall, ceiling speakers flush-mounted, displays properly aligned, control systems that just work.

When clients walk a vendor or customer through their building, the AV should add to the impression — not detract from it.

Our Process

How It Works

01

Room Assessment

We visit the space, measure dimensions, evaluate acoustics, identify constraints (existing wiring, structural limitations, ceiling type).

02

System Design

Written proposal with display specs, speaker/microphone placement diagram, control system spec, and total project cost.

03

Professional Install

Mount displays, run cabling concealed in walls or ceilings, install speakers, configure control system. Project completed without disrupting business.

04

Train & Document

We train your team on the system, provide written instructions for common tasks, and remain available for support questions.

FAQ

Common Questions

QHow much does commercial AV cost?

Varies widely based on room size and complexity. A simple conference room (single display, basic audio, video conferencing) typically runs $5,000-$15,000 installed. Mid-size board rooms or training rooms run $15,000-$40,000. Multi-screen video walls, large auditoriums, and complex facility-wide systems scale from there. We quote each project specifically after the room assessment.

QDo you do video conferencing for Microsoft Teams or Zoom?

Yes — both. We install Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems with certified hardware: Logitech, Poly, Yealink, Crestron, and others. We also install Zoom Rooms. Whatever conferencing platform your organization uses, we configure the AV to work seamlessly with it.

QCan you do digital signage with content management?

Yes. We install digital signage displays with content management software (BrightSign, ScreenCloud, NoviSign, or simpler USB-stick playback for basic needs). You can update the content yourself — menus, schedules, promotions, announcements — without calling us.

QWhat about acoustics for larger spaces?

For larger rooms — training facilities, multipurpose spaces, churches, auditoriums — acoustics matter as much as the audio equipment. We assess room acoustics during the design phase and recommend acoustic treatments where appropriate (panels, baffles, ceiling treatments). Sometimes the right answer is software-based audio processing rather than physical treatments.

QDo you support classroom AV?

Yes — we install AV for classrooms and training rooms regularly. Short-throw projectors or large displays, audio reinforcement so students in the back can hear, document cameras, wireless presentation for instructors, and integration with the school’s chosen LMS or classroom software.

QCan you integrate with our existing AV equipment?

Often yes — if your existing equipment is reasonably recent and functional. We assess what you have during the room evaluation and recommend which pieces to keep and which to replace. Sometimes the best path is to keep displays/speakers but upgrade the control system or video conferencing components.
